The ELLY water elliptical is a complete training device that is very easy to use, combining the benefits of rowing, cross-country skiing, stepper and cycling. It allows all the muscles of the body to be used synchronously. About 80% of the muscles are used during an exercise! The secret lies in its elliptical movement designed to reproduce as faithfully as possible the natural movement of running while protecting the joints from shocks.
The device consists of an axis on which are attached two long pedals, themselves in solidarity with two vertical handles (arms of levers).
The Elly offers its users a fluidity of movement obtained thanks to the waterproof ball bearings and the angle of tilt of the pedals allowing optimum work of the legs. The effort is reinforced by lever arms with wide perforated blades. The Elly then creates a resistance without blocking or hit. 100% stainless steel, the ELLY is compatible with all types of water (sea water, chlorinated water or bromine). Its wheels and low weight make it very easy to move.
